A little intro~

The Capitol pack has taken over. The president and his mate assume command of the region. War, famine, and sickness taints the rest of the districts (packs). Two tributes from each district are chosen annually to compete in The Hunger Games, forever reminding the other districts of the capitol's immense power over the land. The story begins as our district (whatever number) takes its turn to face the wrath of the Capitol.
Two of the pack (preferably mates to add to the drama) are chosen. (Those who aren't chosen can roleplay as tributes from other packs.)

Some important points to add~

☞ This would be considered an entirely different roleplay, not to be mistaken with the semi-realistic roleplay we currently have.

☞ Prehaps a winner could be chosen beforehand in some sort of contest.

☞ Members would need to pm an application (there should be a deadline) if they wanted to join the roleplay. Only after having it accepted could they rp.

☞ We could just continue to have multiple games, making it a sort of pack event and changing the positions each time.

Some rules~

➀ You may the games two times in a row. (This may change based on the population number of the pack.)
➁ Do not kill someone's wolf without permission.
➂ Gamemakers, use common sense; don't do something too outrageous ,and be sure not to have two dangers affecting the same wolves at once.
➃ If we are running short on character players (we most likely will), another round of applications can be sent in for the missing characters. (The applications are only to keep track of the members participating in the rp so Dusky could post it on the topic if one is created.)

Awesome, but I'm not sure if I'd approve of it because I'm not really sure what it is. Is it like.. a roleplay within our roleplay?

But where would they fight at?

It would be basically an entirely different roleplay, seperated from our current one.
There could be like an abandoned arena that the humans left behind and they go there to fight.

What exactly are they fighting for?
What is the template for filling out a choice?
We could go through the member list and take turns from the most active down to who could pick a male and female wolf from each pack. It's more fun for surprises. That user could announce it in the off-topic area(or we could have an area in the forum especially for this role play) who they picked out of each pack to compete.
What if none of the members want their characters to die?
Would there be visiting NPC packs that had the extra tributes?

So they would be fighting for their lives, to be the last one alive. The Capitol forces them to, a reminder of their power.
The template will be completed depending on whether this is accepted or not.
Yes, I believe this sounds like a fun way to do it. I could add the "president" as one of the characters to be played. The president could be in charge of choosing everyone. We could have applications for being the preisident that would be pmed to Dusky. He could pick the best one and the others would have a chance to be president in the next games.
I was thinking that we could have a contest of some sort to choose the winner beforehand. (Any other ideas because I'm not so sure about that one.

Would those wolves be NPCs but played by the players?

What I meant is that if we didn't have enough members to play all the tributes, some people would play more then one.
No they wouldn't be NPCs. It would just be like playing your own charries.
